Service is good. Food is fine. Tables, chairs and floor are dirty.
I got the feeling that the counter crew would rather I had not stopped in. However it was close to closing time and they were polite just not so friendly. Seemed relieved that I only ordered a drink.
*I would like to add a comment to my previous review in regards to the restrooms. There was a review about the restrooms that mentioned they weren't the best here. I don't believe the review was complete. What I would like to contribute is that the restrooms are also shared by the connecting gas station/convenience store, so they may at times not be best. Depending on the time of day, how busy each of the businesses are, and how many people are working at either business is going to be a big determining factor on the condition of the restrooms.
I always enjoy getting burgers from Hardee's because they taste the closest to homemade hamburgers that you can get from any similar restaurant that I've eaten at. The only complaint that I have are the prices. They frequently change. I wish I could say they go lower, but I can't.
We were given a Summer Nights Hardee's Flyer good at participating Hardee's through September 4. Rather than accepting the promotional, they haggled with us for 5 minutes AND shorted us a small soda! Hardee's, don't put out a flyer in Missouri and not have all your stores participate and Hardee's in Herman MO learn how to treat your customers right!
The person brought me the wrong food, then lied to her manager, then he gave me the wrong food. Staff was very rude and Id never recommend this place to anyone!
