Wow, where do I start. 2 locations friendly staff, Dr Susan is fantastic she tells you in medical terms what is going on with your pet, than comes back with terms all can understand without a medical backgrounder. She listens to you when you tell her what you 4 legged member of the family what her likes and dislikes. I loved her from the 1st visit, but most of all I trusted her with my baby.
