We stayed here in August 2017 for a girl's getaway and had a great time. The owner was very accommodating and gave us great information of the town. The rooms and bathrooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The views of Hermann and winery are gorgeous. I highly recommend for romantic getaway or small parties of 4.
Highly recommended, very knowledgeable about the area, friendly and felt comfortable to be there almost like i was home. Rooms shown in other pictures on the internet are right on target with the rooms there very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying again in the future!
Charming place, near local attractions in a quiet neighborhood. There are two rooms available for booking. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is gorgeous. Deck patios available for guest use; lovely view of the town below. The host is extremely helpful with knowledgeable recommendations of nearby attractions and routes to take. He adds to the charm with his great personality as he gives the tour of the house and by providing unique amenities such as freshly baked bread and jams for his guests' breakfast. We felt very much welcomed and at home during our stay.
The location is perfect for Stone Hill winery. It was a 3 minute walk. We walked down there to view the eclipse. The view of Herman was very nice. The room was spacious, the bathroom was modern & functional. The neighborhood was very safe. The proprietor was friendly & fun to talk to. The bed was a little soft. Great place to stay!!
