I reached out to Mary for help with my dying father to draw up a will, power of attorney, medical directive & divorce. She said she had to get with someone in the area to borrow a printer & would let me know when we would meet. Almost two weeks later I still hadnt heard back from her, but didn't think much of it due to the agreement being we would meet on a Saturday. I called to see her progress on my case & was informed by the person answering the phone she decided not to take my case. She was well aware of the urgency in this situation & didn't even have the decency to call & let me know she changed her mind. She advised me she is the prosecuting attorney for Gasconade. Very disappointing & so very rude & unprofessional.
I honestly wouldn't even give her one star. The definition of a "Guardian ad litem" is to find the best interest of the child. Mary is suppose to be my guardian ad litem and I haven't heard from her in I can't tell you when. For 2 years, she is suppose to help me out in a very difficult situation, but she has done nothing but make it even more difficult. Mary made decisions for me regarding custody with my parents, but the decisions never worked out because she never took the time to know my personal life. Mary said rude words to me over the phone, which she won't admit to. Now, she is trying to charge my family with outrageous fees. For doing what? Nothing.
