Tom and Kathy are always so friendly and helpful! They whip out quality signage at affordable prices in a very timely manner. The gift shop is adorable and they have a pltlethora of cool crafty vintage items. I'd definitely recommend them!
My wife and I stop there every year during Octoberfest. We have more items from this store than any other place we have shopped in the area. Quality items, varied items, many smalls and unique items as well. Not a big store, fairly small selection at times but about 80% true antiques. Highly recommended
TypeStyles is one of the most unique shops in Hermann. Every time I am there I always find several items to buy. The shop is beautifully arranged, leaving space to wonder through and see all their fine antiques and gifts for any occasion. I can always find unique pieces other antique and gift shops do not carry. The owners Tom and Kathy Durham are more than helpful and courteous. They can answer almost every question I might have and if they do not have an item they work hard in finding one for me in town if at all possible. They are a five star shop and a big supporter for all the other shops. They are very knowledable about all the events Hermann has to offer and which restaurants might be a good choice for me. They are the one stop shop you need to see. They certainly will not steer you wrong. I can't wait to stop by their shop again and encourage everyone to see what I think is one of the best shops in Hermann and for that matter the state of Mo.
