Horrible customer service. First time in, the older lady behind the counter literally says to me coming in adjusting my hair out of the cold wind, "I'm just worried about her hair getting on the counter." Lol I was thinking, what the heck??!! I didnt say anything though, I was completely floored. The pastry I purchased was overpriced and the apple filling tasted like cheap stuff out of a can. Not even worth the one star it made me leave. First and LAST trip. This place is AWFUL!!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
I found this little bakery 9 years ago, then I moved half way across the country and nothing compares to their donuts! I make sure I stop in every time I come back to visit family.
We purchased doughnuts, cookies, and a couple of loaves of bread yesterday. Everything was very good.

Love, love love. ♥♥♥ I make a trip (30 miles) to Hermann to get birthday cakes or any special occasion cake. It's worth taking extra coffee for the donut I'll eat on my way home. What a wonderful bakery!
